Partner kitchens with stars
Supplied to Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants across Italy, the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom — quietly, consistently, and under direct farm contract.
For Chefs, Importers & Gourmet Retail
Cilento Verde has supplied single-estate extra virgin olive oil, DOP-certified preserved vegetables, and wild-collected herbs to restaurant kitchens and specialty importers since 1968 — pressed, cured, and packed on the family farm in Capaccio Paestum, never blended, never sourced, never anonymous.

The Trade Program
Each tier has its own minimum order, lead time, and margin structure. Read once, identify where you sit, and request pricing that matches.

Container and half-pallet programs for specialty importers and curated gourmet chains. DDP and EX-Works terms, full DOP documentation, and bilingual POS materials prepared for EU, US, and APAC markets.
Custom-format bottling and co-packing from our BRC-certified Capaccio facility. EVOO and preserved vegetables in your bottle, your label, your case pack — minimum commitment 1,200 units per SKU, two harvest cycles per year.

Logistics & Cold-Chain
A 14-day freshness guarantee on every EVOO batch is not a slogan. It is a written operational standard backed by harvest-to-dispatch scheduling, temperature-monitored palletisation, and our Naples warehouse team.
In-stock SKUs leave the warehouse within five working days of cleared payment; artisan and seasonal goods follow a published harvest-to-ship calendar visible to trade buyers on request.
Refrigerated container consolidation for EVOO and preserved vegetables; climate-controlled air-freight lanes to North America, APAC, and the Gulf. Reefer telemetry shared with the buyer on every shipment.
Half- and full-pallet programs for restaurant groups and retailers; tracked parcel shipping for smaller kitchens, flagship stores, and DTC pop-ups. DDP, DAP, and EX-Works terms available.
If any EVOO batch fails its peroxide and K232 panel within 14 days of arrival, we replace the shipment and credit the invoice. Tested by independent laboratories in Naples and Bologna.
